Is MeloPack really recyclable?
Yes. MeloPack is available as a recyclable paper alternative to foil and multilayer plastic, or as a mono-material film, so the full package fits existing recycling streams rather than being pulled out as mixed material.
Will it meet the PPWR deadline?
MeloPack is designed to be PPWR-ready ahead of the August 12, 2026 deadline, giving brands a compliant recyclable format without redesigning their packaging from the ground up.
Do we need to change our production line?
Usually not. Finished packs arrive ready to fill, so getting to shelf is simple and fast.
What barrier levels are available?
MeloPack uses Melodea's proprietary barrier combination in High-Barrier and Ultra-High-Barrier variants, so we can match the oxygen and moisture protection your product needs while keeping it fully recyclable.
