Dairy Packaging
butter & cheeseReady-to-fill 100% recyclable packaging · Paper & Film
Keep the High & Ultra-High barrier that protects dairy, without the aluminium foil that keeps it out of recycling.
The challenge
Barrier or recyclability
Butter and semi-hard cheese are sensitive to oxidation, moisture, and grease migration. The packs that deliver that barrier today, aluminium foil and laminates, are not recyclable, and a recyclable alternative that still holds shelf life has been hard to find.
Grease finds the weak spot
Fat migrates into ordinary paper and film, staining the pack and shortening shelf life.
Oxidation dulls flavour
Without a real oxygen barrier, butter turns and cheese loses its character before its date.
Aluminium foil is a PPWR liability
Aluminium foil and multilayer laminates give the barrier but leave the recycling stream, a growing regulatory exposure.

Dairy questions
Yes. Our High and Ultra-High Barrier variants resist oxygen, moisture, and grease, the three things that age dairy, while staying fully recyclable in either a mono-material film or a repulpable paper.
No, we offer both. Paper suits vacuum and wrap packs; transparent mono-material film suits lidding and flow-wrap. We match the format to your line.
Fast. We run a short discovery on your barrier, shelf life, and line, then fit you to an already-proven solution. Finished packs are typically ready in about a month.
